Excelente hotel para el precio. Tenía todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento. Y queda en muy buen lugar cerca de todo.

Single room was too small Every time I wanted the ac to go on or off had to ask the front desk No hooks in the bathroom Not many room to set make up etc in the bathroom

Great location for exploring Madrid, with metro access just steps away. The room was a good size, very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent.

Nice bath with enough hot water for healing tiredness. The location is excellent.

Excellent location! Right off the Gran Via - easy walks to transportation, tons of restaurants and shopping near by. Excellent customer service - front desk was friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all our questions. They also were able to check us in a little early and stored our luggage both before and after our stay. Hotel needs some updating - beds were a little uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but seemed worn. Of course we spent little time in the room as we were busy exploring the beautiful city! Great hotel especially for the price!

The cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful with any question I had. The location was great. Near great restaurants and shopping.
