Great location with 100s of restaurants within a few minutes walking. The best air conditioning we experienced in all of Europe. Right on the square with a park and a playground close for kids. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spotless. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay here, everything was simply perfect. The location is exceptional, making it so easy to enjoy everything nearby. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The terrace was a wonderful highlight perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The entire experience felt elegant, welcoming, and truly memorable. I would definitely return without hesitation on my next visit!

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean. Reception area and restaurant space need to be revived into Spanish like design.

Solo faltaría darle privacidad al baño. Y un extractor. Es rarísimo que no hayan considerado esos puntos ya que son fundamentales. Todo lo demás, perfecto.

Great location

Had a fantastic stay. Room was clean and extremely comfortable; staff were friendly and helpful; location was quiet but centrally located, convenient, and nearby nice restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Would happily stay again.

Great location, room was well laid out. Lovely staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Great hotel! They're doing renovations, but it barely impacted our stay (it was just a little trickier to find the front door, and we didn't have much of a view in our room). This was clearly communicated by the hotel well in advance. Breakfast hours were very generous, and selection was solid. Room was very cute, with a nice seating area. Bathroom/shower layout might be awkward if you're travelling with someone who isn't a romantic partner (the shower opens directly into the bedroom). Close by to lots of shops, restaurants, and theatres.

We should have been informed with more than 48 hours notice that major repair work was underway at the hotel. The entire facade was wrapped in scaffolding and tarps, so looking out our suite window entailed looking through a construction site. That said, the work was mainly painting and there was not much noise. The hotel is otherwise very pleasant. The location on Plaza Santa Ana is ideal. And the staff, particularly Sabina, was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is terrific, and open until noon.

Este hotel está en un área muy céntrica de Madrid. Mi esposo y yo nos fuimos a hacer el camino de Santiago y al regresar decidimos volver al mismo hotel porque nos gustó mucho.
