Visited with family after reading the reviews. However, it fell short of our expectations. Bathroom appeared outdated with no body wash. There were only Shampoo. Bathtub had lot of stains. I will avoid this next time.

For the price it's ok but you should change the first bed in room 102 we could see an difference between the two bed and the refrigerator make an annoying noise. I would come back anytime but not in the 102 I have stayed 4 nights It's the only complaint I could make

Wasn't very comfortable here, the bed sheets were too small so they came off all the time, mattresses had burns, one mattress was extremely hard, bug in the bathroom, only 2 towels per 4 guest bedroom (although they brought more upon request)... it's definitely a motel

Clean, and good value for the money

Employees are all accomodating and helping, especially Sash at the front desk, housekeepers are both polite and kind, I will definitely come back. It was a wonderful stat

Reception was excellent and friendly. Our room was great. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Quiet, comfortable bed, a hot shower… what more can you ask of an affordable stay. Will be back. Thanks!

still one night, the microwave in the room is not working.

For the price it was good. Clean, free parking.

My daughter and I booked a room at Persepolis Inn and were very happy with our choice. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very polite and friendly, as was the young lady upon check-out. The room was very clean and spacious with a spotless fridge, microwave and long countertop with a stainless steel sink where food could be prepared. The only negative was that one bed was very hard, but the other was fine and there were nice large pillows on each. It was incredibly quiet as well, which is always a great feature. We will stay at Persepolis again on our next visit to Niagara Falls and highly recommend it.

The truth is, it was better than I expected — quite comfortable. I only have one small recommendation: it would be great to have an account on Netflix or another streaming platform (such as Prime Video or Disney+) so guests could watch movies.
