The stove did not work and I notified staff and nothing was done about it. I asked if we could change apartments and we never received a response. We won’t be staying there again.

- ✅ Business travelers benefit: If you’re not handling reservations yourself, the property’s layered check‑in system adds security by ensuring only verified guests gain full access. - 🔒 Gate vs. apartment access: Partial check‑ins allow entry to the outer gate but block apartment access until ID and selfie verification are complete. - 👀 Observed issues: At the expo, some people didn’t finish the check‑in requirements, which left them stuck outside the apartment despite having gate access. - 📌 Best practice: Always confirm that whoever is managing the reservation completes the process fully — ID verification and selfie included — to avoid access problems. This kind of system is becoming more common in short‑term rentals and business accommodations because it reduces risks like unauthorized entry or misuse of reservations.

AMAZING

You should definitely tell the people renting that the building is under construction. Also, communication lacks. Other than that it was pleasant
