This hotel is gross. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there I ended up hanging out in a restaurant down the street instead of my room, and wore flip flops in the shower. • Cleanliness: Everything is carpeted, and the hallways weren’t clean. If that’s what guests see, I can only imagine what actual room cleaning looks like. • Maintenance: The wallpaper is peeling. They claim updates are happening, but I didn’t see any work in progress. • Shuttle service: Very limited, so it wasn’t even worth staying for that perk. Overall: Poor upkeep

This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at Not clean. Room stained, musty, moldy. 3 towels for 3 adults for 3 days. No security. Back down broken so always open to the public at night. Form outside looks ok but inside is a whole nother story. The front desk rarely had a person at it. Very surprised Wyndham allows it to carry their brand.

No frills-just a workout room-one ice machine but staff and comfort are exceptional.

Staff was very good and helpful. Property was clean and room was spacious. The condition of the room was rough. Carpet was torn and wore out. Tile was loose. Wallpaper was separating from walls. Mattresses were old an uncomfortable. We were registered for 3 days but checked out the next day as my family did not want to stay another day. Hotel would be great once remodeled. Also barking dog next room throughout the night was a problem when trying to sleep.

I feel sorry for the staff they are doing best they can for s hotel that is trying to reach rock bottom so can be bought out by Hampton Inn etc…

Staff was excellent, the property could use renovation/updating

The place is falling apart. The air was so noisy you couldn’t sleep , holes in the walls , toilet cracked and would Continually run loudly and spit water out when flushing.

Staff, receptionist very helpful. Room was clean. Guests next to us very noisy unfortunately. They checked out the following morning but hotel offered to change rooms. Breakfast ends at 9am weekdays. Wish it was 9:30. Otherwise good value and close to MacCarthur airport

The property is going through a renovation. So you can see wires hanging from the ceiling. I did see insects on the ceiling. We used the gym every day. We asked for our room to be cleaned the evening before, as requested by the front desk; they did not come to our room because they already made their rounds, so we did not have a clean room for the 5 days that we were there. Great parking, breakfast was okay, good coffee. Staff was very nice.

Dirty place unsanitary and staff was horrible. I want my money back.
