Most staff did not speak English which I was surprised for the number of tourists they have and their proximity to the airport. Unlike other hotels in South Korea, they charge you if you needed to extend checkout for an hour even if they did not have full occupancy. The hotel is average and you basically get what you paid for. The only staff member that was kind was a young female who was working on my day of departure (May 16th).

Air conditioning was very good.

I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too.

The staff was very responsive and kind. The room was affordable, clean and spacious, and it is well situated in close walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and 7-elevens. I would highly recommend.

Would not allow me to check in and staff were rude.

Staff should say hi or even just a little smile and greet ings to guests to make us more feel welcome. I get it that they might not want to engage in conversation due to language barrier but our driver did even in a real broken English at least he tried. He is not from the hotel. We hired him separately.😃

Building is outdated but room is spacious and clean

인천공항 가까운데 가성비 호텔을 찾았는 데 주변에 서구청과 식당이 많아 나름 하루정도 보내기엔 괜찮은 호텔인것 같다. 모텔이 아니라서 지저분 하진 않았다.

Basic hotel, but clean, safe, and onsite parking. Good value.
