Awesome staying with family

Standard Philippines service, if they don't have to do something, they won't. Example, give directions or point direction to room, signs for "standard rooms (not rm numbers). Asked for different room due to load washing machines next door, so they put us in lesser rm, still noisy and less pillows. Asked for another pillow for daughter but they said there would be additional fee. Decent inexpensive hotel.

Hotel was extremely old for the high price. Staff was not friendly at all. Kitchen was inoperable.

Worst experience ever!!! Front desk was marginal at best. Shower flooded and showerhead had to be adjusted by maintenance. Bathroom uncleared, refrigerator dirty and unclean. I do not like giving negative reviews

Room is good,affordable

We booked 2 family rooms and the room was full of dust seems not cleaned for quite a while. We requested to room cleaning only to be cleaned the night before we checked out. by the way we stayed there for 3 nights. We slept in the room for 2 nights without our room cleaned despite requests and hanging the clean up room tag on our outside door. I would not recommend this hotel

The steps in the pool is not safe and inconvenient

the property is not well maintained or clean.

NICE ROOM

The worst hotel , toilet not plus the phone broke and pool so dirty
