Room and public toilets smell of cigarettes especially the toilet near the restaurant. Buffet breakfast had a large variety but most food was cold and not replenished when gone. Concierge staff were very helpful with transportation and holding luggage. Visible mould in bathroom sink. Otherwise an ok stay.

The only negative i can think of is the air conditioning was jot turned on and the room was a little bit hot.

It's relatively center to different attractions but you'll need to walk about 15-20mins before you see restaurants or malls. You're maybe an 8 min walk to the Metro for the Lama temple (definitely take it to help deal with congestion).

The room was clear and staff were friendly

Lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and a pretty design throughout. Room was comfortable, I liked the choice of pillows available. The room service robot was really cute. The location was walkable to interesting places and close to underground train stations. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend adding that to your stay. They had a lot to choose from and it wasn't the same everyday either. They had plenty of tasty veggie options too. I enjoyed their soy milk machine, added to an espresso it made a great coffee, so a very good buffet for anyone vegan. Overall a very pleasant stay, I couldn't fault anything. I would happily return here again

It was outstanding! Truly a visual spectacle and feast for the eyes! The room was essentially a small apartment!

Central hotel. Room very clean. Breakfast options excellent. Bed comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Heating is central, so to keep room cooler I had to open a window and asked for a fan.
