This place has been flooded probably by the sprinkler system install. And they never took care of it so the place is full of mold. The staff was helpful but how much can you help in a condition that way? They really need to renovate this property and get rid of the mold

Elevator was broken, lights in main hall flickering and not working

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found activities close to the hotel to enjoy during the day and evening. We would stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a five‑hour drive, traveling with a sick cat who became even more ill due to the extreme heat inside the building. At check‑in, I was informed that the elevators were out of service and asked to walk to the third floor. Upon reaching the third floor, the temperature felt close to 90 degrees. The AC for the floor was off, and the room itself was even hotter. The smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable. We turned on the AC, hoping the room would cool down. While preparing the bed for my son, I discovered the sheets were wet. When preparing my own bed, I found unusual stains. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member stated that housekeeping continued using broken washing machines and that the stains were caused by them. We were provided only one thin sheet as a replacement. The room never cooled properly; only the area closest to the AC received any airflow. Between the heat, the odor, the condition of the bedding, and caring for a sick cat who worsened in the room’s climate, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.

This place was awful! The first room they gave us was in the third floor and the elevator was out of order. No big deal except when we got to the room the floor was flooded from the air conditioner. Back down to the first floor to be put in a room that had dirty towels and someone’s drink cup in it! Woke up to water in the floor which made it slick. We grabbed our stuff and got out.

Hot, Musty and the elevator didnt work. Rooms are nasty, found a crack pipe and foil under the mattress. Thankfuly we decided to check the room out before bringing up our stuff, went to a different hotel. We informed the guy at the front desk and he offered us another room and we.said no way. But from the looks of some of the other people staying there I am not surprised. I understand this can happen anywhere, but had you been there you would understans this is a place where there is a lot higher chance this is the kind of class of people that stay here.

This is an old property. It is not clean and needs refurbished ASAP. No hair dryer. Sheets dirty, it smells like garbage. Don’t open the frig! Smells awful.

Unfortunately, we left and got another hotel. There needs to be many updates/remodeling to be done. Elevator was broken, a/c was set to 61 and high and was still very warm in the room. The beds were stained, as well as linens with holes and burn marks on them. The bathroom was mildewy. The staff were very nice, but the property itself was very poor.

Nothing at all. First room smelt of urine, second of smoke. The floor was sticky in both rooms. Outlets didn’t work in either room. Stains on pillows first rooms bed had dirt under the covers and spills on walls that could be cleaned. People hanging out outside and in hallways inside the building as well. Didn’t feel safe as men and people hanging out in or around the building. Elevator didn’t work, had to use stairs.
