BEWARE THERE IS A REASON ITS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!! It was difficult to find but once we made it in we quickly realized this is not like a regular hotel. It has a virtual front desk so there isn't any person for you to talk face to face with. The pictures were a bit misleading, the fold out couch in our unit was broken, and we didn't have any pool passes. When I reached out I was contacted regarding issues I never even reported so there was some confusion on their end. They have noise sensors in the units but that does nothing for all the dogs barking and planes flying over. We ended up eating the payment and stayed somewhere more suited to what we are used to.

Great space for a couple! Close to mall, fifa fest, and meow wolf. We enjoyed staying there, and getting to know Dallas. 🙌

La ubicación no es tan cercana al downtown como otros lugares que tienen precios más accesibles. Me tuve que cambiar de hotel, dado que en el jardin habia excremento no pudiendo indicar con certeza si era de humano o alguna mascota. Afuera de otras habitaciones había botes de basura que olia mal y no era higienico. Estuve 3 noches de las 7 noches que tenia pagadas, dado que en la úlltima noche alrededor de las 3am una pareja estaba peliando y se escuchan golpes (nadie llamo a la policia y menos a la administración, asi que debe de ser muy normal en ese hotel. La piscina y las áreas no eran como las fotos. El sofa cama, se le salian los alambres. Terrible experiencia. No me dieron reembolso.

The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed from basic kitchen and cooking items, plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows! I loved that all the doors and upper level parking garage required an access code, it really made me feel like my car was safe at night and that random people weren't just coming and going from the property. The pools, gym, and community room kept my teenage boys entertained during the down time. The location of the property was decently close to food, shopping, and activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great for what we needed, kids loved the pool, and it was nice to have a full kitchen and dining table. The only negative was that it was not the cleanest. ALL of the high touch areas (doors, light switches, cabinets) were all grimy and greasy or sticky. The beds and showers were all clean, and counters appeared to have been wiped down, though.

This place was beyond my expectations!! Very clean, beautiful and close by to areas for shopping and food!!

Great place

The apartment was fine. Clean and relatively comfortable. However, getting into the building was a chore because the call box was broken and it took forever to track down the actual code. The worst part was that this is an apartment complex and the upstairs neighbors STOMPED NONSTOP. From about 6AM to midnight, it was like a herd of elephants above us. We got not rest and had headaches the entire stay.
