We booked our hotel for the evening before our arrival as we knew we would arrive early in the morning and need to rest and freshen up. We were not disappointed when we opened our door to a clean bright room - the pillows were great and the beds comfy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The staff were friendly and the lobby bar had a DJ each evening which created a great vibe. The hotel is also perfectly located to hit all the museums and attractions.

Staff was incredibly flexible, allowing an early check-in even before the standard early-check-in time. This was very much appreciated after an over-night flight. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and well-located near the Copenhagen central train station, making travel to and from the airport on the regional train easy and convenient. Rug Bakery is located on the main floor of the hotel, as well.
