Staff was very helpful prior to arrival and they were helpful with transportation arrangements. The bed was comfy but the AC did not work well at all and our room was very hot making it difficult to sleep.

Everything was perfect. Two things I would like to be noticed. First it is the maintenance work going on on the side street next to the hotel. Second that the bath tub is too deep and it is not easy to go on it or out.

Nice hotel in the middle of Basel.

Staff was great in answering questions about the area and helping to book dinner reservations

Perfect location for our stay in Basel. We did not take advantage of the breakfast that you can purchase there, but when I looked at it, it does look like a nice assortment of foods. We were on the go every day so honestly just use the room to sleep and shower. But everything seemed fine in the hotel was clean and had a nice lounge area in the lobby. Allowing us to store the bags before and after our trip was very helpful.

Hotel D was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. They are located near the river and are close to the old town and other attractions. It was a very convenient place to stay before our Viking Cruise. Highly recommended.

Very clean and modern style boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is quite lovely and right on the edge of the old city. The staff was so lovely and accommodating! The room was in very good condition and updated, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The AC kept the room cool.

Overall a nice hotel to stay in. Great location with nice and friendly staff which is rare in Europe.
