Close to the central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy check-in.

"The location is unbeatable—right across from Hamburg Central Station. As it was my first trip to Germany, the easy access to public transport made exploring the city a breeze. No car needed! The station has a great supermarket and plenty of eateries. Just a heads-up: there’s no fridge or AC in the room. It wasn't an issue for my early April visit, but I’d recommend staying here during the cooler months. I would definitely return!"

Friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed.

Right across the road from the train station with large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fresh, well kept and ample.

The Hotel was no longer in business. It had been bought out by another Hotel chain who were refurbishing the Hotel. We were given two rooms at another hotel that were of a lower speck to what we had booked. We were very surprised and annoyed not to have been informed of this situation before travelling.

There was no room available and it took me an hour walking in the rain to get to the replacement. I originally booked KronPrinz to be near the rail station, so this was doubly annoying.

The updates they are doing are great. The staff was good.

staff training to improve welcome attitude . need to improve facilities such as room kettle with coffee and tea . breakfast was excellent.
