When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the reception area the gentleman stated what was wrong I advised him of the situation and he said oh I’m sorry so are you leaving? Really that is not a proper response for a villa that is not up to the standards they claim. I simply said yes we are leaving they did not assist us to get a taxi or shuttle we waiting another 45 min to get a shuttle. I travel every month and through the world and have never been treated this way! I would highly advise you to not stay here.

Bring your own towels—the resort provided very few, with no hand towels at all. We also had an issue with a smelly pillow, contacted the operator multiple times, received promises, but never got a replacement.

Friendly staff and great service!

The villa was very nice great bedroom full kitchen small ouyside pool. The only problem was there was no place to buy stuff no market close to or on the property so having a kitchen was nice i only used the micro wave and the refrigerator.

I enjoyed the villa experience as a whole! It was a great, relaxing vacation and I would recommend it to my friends if they were looking for a nice location in Cam Ranh!
