Rooms and beds need better cleaning

There were 2 live roaches in our room. The hallways had a weird smell but the rooms smelled clean.

All rooms are in a different building and are misleading as to how the room will look in comparison to the main lobby. Roaches in the bathroom Chemicals from the cleaners was bothersome for anyone with allergies or asthma. Shower head was not good and the water from the main spout ran at the same time as the shower head just overall not a good experience.

A

Just returned from Orlando staying at this hotel. Highly recommended

I arrived at 2 am at the property and they were telling me that if I had arrived beyond 3 am my reservation was gona be canceled even though I had paid for 8 nights ...I don't get their policy

Great place to stay. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable! The pool area is away from the building in its own building. Staff is awesome.. my daughter left her iPad and they had it bagged up and waiting when we returned to get it 45 minutes after checkout! Would definitely recommend and also within walking distance to almost everything!

Hotel was great as was staff. My door lock was not working and it took a couple hours to sort that out but the staff was super responsive

Rooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff, great location.
