超讚 All services are wonderful, except bathroom towels. Hotels need to replace all the towels. Towels are old and ripped.
Thank you Tracy and the Hotel paid for our taxi trip.

We stayed in a King room and it is larger than most other hotel rooms. It comes with a double sink and we were fortunate enough to have a room that faces the river where they had fireworks display over that weekend. The location is favourable, with cheap food options and spas within walking distance.

Location was very central. Service was faultless and we enjoyed the breakfast and dining at the restaurant (along with the in-room dining).
Gym facilities were good - nice touch to have a small sauna and steam room available.
Swimming pool on the small side and would have been nice to have a little more shade.
Enjoyed using the shared space facilities on the 30th floor to work in the mornings - lovely view.

My stay was just ok. My expectations were higher for a 5 star hotel. sometimes there were doormen and other times there weren’t. The elevators are tight and take way too long to get to and from floors. And there was a wrestling event happening during my stay which made the hotel very loud and noisey. I would’ve appreciated a heads up. Won’t be re booking.
