很好 Solid 4 star hotel.
Rooms were small, as to be expected, but fine. Staff was pretty helpful but we were not blown away by service. There is a small pool on the roof and another on the ground floor; would have liked some umbrellas on the roof as the direct sun was very hot.
There were minor things that we did not feel were worthy of complaining about at the time, like a hair on the bedsheets as soon as we got into the room or the deadbolt not working on the door.
Location was excellent, walkable to most things. Overall this is a decent 4 star hotel in a great location.

Great stay at H10 Metropolitan! Our flight arrived several hours before check-in, and the staff was very accommodating by storing our luggage so we could start exploring the city right away. The team was friendly and responsive, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day.
The location is unbeatable — just steps from the main square and Gothic District. Even with temperatures in the 90s, we loved being able to easily return to the hotel to cool down and rest. Highly recommend!

Hotel was nice and all the little touches like, slippers, chocolates were a sweet touch but BIG disappointment was the ground floor pool which looked huge on the website but was very small. :(

Great location and potential, but needs some upkeepI recently stayed at this hotel and loved the excellent location and amenities, including the two great swimming pools. Visually, the property is very pretty. However, it is showing its age and needs some basic maintenance like fresh paint. My biggest issue was finding some mold in the shower area of the bathroom. It has amazing potential if management invests in a deep clean and some structural updates.

H10 Metro was very nice and clean. Location was great, as we were able to do so much in our short visit before catching a cruise. The staff was truly amazing!! I will definitely stay here when I get a chance to visit Barcelona again.

No one to help me and my son take our luggage down , also I arrived 1 pm they didn’t let me check in until after 3 other then that hotel is prime location
