The hotel is located centrally and easy to locate, it is immediately next to a metro station. Check-in was really smooth, and the reception staff were really attentive. The room was immaculate, with all the necessary amenities. I didn't use any of the hotels pools/bars /restaurants, but scouted them out-all were inviting. I would absolutely return again in the future.

Dear staff, It’s free to be nice to people, it’s free to smile and be genuine. The property was basic at most and price not justified. The outside jacuzzi was basically a tub.

This property is in a convenient location. The helpfulness of the staff depends on who you get. However, I would NOT recommend staying here. If you want this area, there are other properties on the same street that I would recommend checking out. This property did serve food but with a very limited menu so we chose to go down the street to get food.

Room was clean. Ac work perfect. All staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Great location.

The propert was great the room was great however their kitchen was fair , bar was great and morning breakfast down stairs was great

Pool picture is very deceptive, both (ground and 6th floor) are plunge pools, approx 8m x 4m x 0.9m deep, not really a swimming pool (can swim but bang knees on the floor). 6th floor rear of hotel stay, so had a balcony with two chairs on overlooking the outside bar and ground floor pool, as well as rear of many buildings and an outside car park, downstairs whilst sitting in the outside bar, you would barely realise what you were sitting among, it’s a nice environment 6th floor corridor carpet looks yucky in places, assume it got very wet recently and is still drying. 606, good size room, massive bed, double size shower (head could do with some nozzle maintenance), mini bar in room (we emptied and used fridge for our week before returning original contents) not a great deal of hanging space, loads of mirrors and the most annoyingly bright air con controller with a green “on” LED light that make black out curtains pointless and means if you want air con at night you have to put up with a lit room (it doesn’t look bright but is) we liked the room. Qui Breakfast, fine, good selection, good service Rear bar, nice Reception, always helpful, always smiling Cleaning, towels changed daily (have to remember the door sign or doesn’t get done) Location, which is basically why we chose the H10 metropolitan, we thought was perfect, 100m from Catalunya station and 300m from Passeig de Gràcia, we got the 10 trip train ticket which really helped get us around smoothly and quickly

Lots of options for Breakfast. Room was comfortable with nice decor and excellent bathroom amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, great location

Very well located with a nice boutique feeling! 2 pools and nice outdoor patios in a downtown location, leaving the crowds outside!!!
