Great hotel that still has a few - just a few- of the original details. Quiet, small, well cared for and polite and professional staff. Please be nice to the staff, they all work really hard to make your stay pleasant, don't be a jerk! I was very lucky to have found this at the last minute and enjoyed staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 57. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent with many shops and attractions nearby. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, especially at night. Other than that, everything was good and I would consider staying here again.

Everything was clean and staff was helpful. Only negative i would say if there is one is that the AC did not have an automatic function. You had to manually turn on or off if you got hot ot too cold in the room

很好 Fantastic staff. Room are spacious. You can ask for a mini fridge and they will provide one. The room could use a deep cleaning.

The location was excellent for the upper east side. There is so much to do there and you are so close to Central Park. The room was good in the bathroom was very large. There was a nice big closet and dressing area as well. It was much bigger than I expected since I have been in some very tiny rooms in New York City.

The property is a former homeless shelter converted to a hotel. Most of the rooms are tired and old and need to be remodeled. That is why the price is low and doing deals to invite guests.
