The airport shuttle was good.

Breakfast is ok .

Very nice location

Nice resort! Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine. It’s definitely worth it! We would come back.

Room ok, impressive double entry security system to lifts and rooms (pity it wasn’t manned/switched on) breath is literally a rubbish tip. Outside space desolate, poorly maintained, overgrown and a wind tunnel. Too much shade. Staff ok but the lights just weren’t on. No amenities. Breakfast indifferent, evening canteen (restaurant) felt very soviet. We were booked in for 3 nights, left after the first night…no refund.

Great room and view. Not a lot of other activity around the area. Many other places in the complex closed or vacant.

Place is a mega hotel void of soul. I would recommend giving this corporate place of profit a hard pass. Shuttle didn’t arrive and I was blamed for missing it by the sweet but hopeless manager. No compensation was offered for 450,000 dong taxi taken. Dirty plastic strew beach alongside wind swept pool and cold ‘hot tub’. Mediocre food at buffet, that most guests bail on for superior local restaurants, rather than brave overpriced meals. If your only experience with Vietnam is this accommodation you won’t want to return. Stayed in 500 hotels in last two years, would rate this as worst experience. Knew it was a ripoff when they wouldn’t refund money an hour after making reservation - true test of a lacking hotel. Two thumbs down.

It was an amazing experience, right at the airport so it would be convenient to go in and out. Staffs are very good as well.

Staff were least friendly and helpful people I met in Vietnam. Room was comfortable but not clean. Found hair in my bed. Surfaces were not clean and stained. Beach was pretty but very polluted.
