Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and location was great and in walking distance to the historical centre.
The breakfast was good however the coffee from the machine was pretty bad. Having a great cup of coffee for breakfast is a must.

Spotless clean room and super friendly staff. The hotel is located in the centre of Porto and all attractions are within walking distance. Great hotel, very modern and stylish. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

The hotel is modern, clean, and at a great central location location where subway lines intersect. Also very walkable from the historic centre, about 15 minutes to the river. Parking is in a safe, underground garage that is directly accessible from the hotel.
Hotel staff was helpful though at night there was nobody at the front desk. We inquired if they have nigh time staff there and apparently they do, doing office work behind a door. We suspect they may have taken a nap as nobody opened the door even when we knocked.
The rooms are clean and well equipped with one exception: there are not enough places to hang your coats, jackets, and towels etc.
Still, we enjoyed our stay there and would do it again.

This hotel is in the heart of everything without all the congestion. There is a grocer and places to eat very close. Close to public transport, the large market and a street just full of shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away by walk. You couldn't pick a better destination. Bonus, the airport us only 30 minutes away by car and same for the train station, even closer.

Breakfast was an additional 15 euros. Way over priced.Surrounded by dirty dishes for the 30 minutes we were there.The food was limited. Go to the Garden restaurant 3 mins away for better value/service and food. Front Desk staff never looked up when you entered or left the hotel. Room was clean and nice

Clean room good breakfast friendly staff but room AC was off when we arrived and everyone we left the room
It would shut off so we consistently entered a hot room that didn’t cool quickly. The blower driver didn’t work

The hotel is beautiful! Excellent bar and restaurant on site, in addition to being located within walking distance of the historical center of Porto.would stay here again!
