The staff was very acomodatingband helpful

We’ve stayed in multiple NH Hotels and this hasn’t been quite on par with some of them. First of all, there were hidden fees when we checked in. Then we were quoted a price for breakfast and it ended up being 30% more than that, which was frustrating. The breakfast was also underwhelming compared to other NH’s we’ve been to. It was clean with comfortable bed and nice hygiene products, but way overpriced for what it is

This hotel is conveniently integrated with the Toulouse airport. Accommodations are fine-room is a good size-and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant menu is underwhelming but quite serviceable.

Super friendly staff and convenient walk to airport check in.

We always like this hotel. Reception staff are great. Always a struggle to find it - it’s like a maze. More signage please. Great breakfast too. What we don’t like so much are the bar staff - we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking for a drink. Perhaps they would benefit from some more training.

Clean but spartan rooms. Connected to the airport. Food was exceptional.

Our stay was very brief and the room was very basic.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the restaurant is great. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options it was hard to choose.

Nice Breakfast. Nice staff.

Right at the terminal. Rooms a bit small but beds comfortable
