Lovely clean room, bar and outside area. Reception staff were less than enthusiastic. Was unable to upgrade as suggested in email and because it was booked through Expedia we were unable to change room to a river view even though there were rooms available. The outside terrace was lovely but no information about pre booking was sent to me and with the nice weather we as residents were only able to enjoy the outside space for a short while.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff very professional and friendly. Room was well appointed and very clean. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast - plenty to choose from and good quality. A 10 minute walk into city centre and a 15 minute walk to Titanic Museum.

This hotel was generally good. It was clean, secure, had a reasonably good location (15 mins walk to Victoria Square), and with the exception of being unable to get us a taxi the staff were very helpful. There are also good parking options across the street, which the hotel gets a 50% discount at meaning it was £11 per night for parking which is cheap. However, it is a VERY basic hotel which we paid over £320 for one night which is just ridiculous for Belfast. Anything over £180-200 per night for this place is too much.

Room was lovely and had everything we needed, staff were so friendly and helpful, food was amazing 100% recommend if you’re coming to the city.

Spotless rooms, helpful staff, beautiful views. Well worth the price

There was great security. We needed a key card to get in the elevator and again to get into the hallway where our rooms were located. This made us feel very safe.
