Staff very well

There was a ball of hair in the shower area, which was really disgusting. The bedside table had stains, and some of the toilet fittings were corroded or broken. The only good things were the air conditioning and the location. Breakfast options were very limited if you aren’t a local. We only had breakfast once and then decided to eat elsewhere. Only one reception staff member could speak a little English, so communication was a major issue.

Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 8 nights and was extremely happy with my stay with 0 issues. Ive been to 15 countries and had countless holiday's & this was one of the best hotels i stayed at. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Rooms were spacious with impressive interior like a palace very opulent. Bathrooms were huge and massive showers with constant hot water. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice to choose from too. I loved the fresh water 🍉 melon. Honestly hand on heart i highly recommend this lovely beautiful hotel. 10/10 i cant say a single negative comment Im a level 8 Google reviewer & im glad i booked it.

Affordable price, friendly service

The shower cabin had one door was missing. and the room face d street so very noisy. I asked to changed and they helped me chaged but I left my washcloth in room the othrer they said they have through it away! Also the showers were broken and it was more like a water fall poring on your head rather than spray .

Reception very helpful despite us being 5 hours late arriving. Left early next morning but bed comfortable and room clean. Would use them again

We stayed here for 3 nights. Relatively new hotel and well designed rooms. Breakfast was provided and they had good options. My only negative feedback is the lack of air-conditioning in the elevator and hallways but otherwise the rooms were air-conditioned.
