The conditions I encountered were so far below an acceptable standard that the accommodation was not fit for purpose as advertised. The following issues were documented upon arrival and throughout the stay: 1. Bedbugs – We discovered bedbugs in the unit. This is a serious health and safety violation and alone constitutes grounds for a full refund and immediate remediation of the property. 2. Blood/period staining on the bed sheets – a serious hygiene failure that should never reach a guest under any circumstances. The bed linens were visibly stained and unclean. 3. Significant unexplained white staining on the sofa cushions, which had been deliberately flipped face-down to conceal the issue. This indicates the problem was known prior to our check-in and was actively hidden rather than remediated. 4. The listing photographs clearly depict a double bed. Upon arrival, the sleeping area contained two separate twin/single beds – a material misrepresentation that directly affected our booking decision. 5. The main living room light switch was non-functional throughout our entire stay. 6. The apartment as a whole did not meet a basic standard of cleanliness. I have attached photo documentation and video evidence of each of the above issues, including the bedbugs. These issues – particularly the presence of bedbugs and the deliberate concealed stains

We walked into the apt booked for us and it had not been cleaned, nor did it have towels or toilet paper. They took more than an hour to move us to a next door apt, which is what the "LSA" team should done. There is no microwave oven which was not in Expedia ad. Taxi could not get close to our door so we had to lug our luggage up the hill. Finally, we asked by message for late checkout and never received a reply. We called 30+- times today a day the guy who answered the call said not possible and we should message the property. Overall, a lousy stay with a very guy answering the "24/7".

Nous avons eu besoin d'aide à Lisbonne du charmant commis à l'information à la gare de Sta Apolinia sinon jamais nous y serions arrivés... Pendant pas moins de 2 heures, il s'est occupé de nous pour faire des appels à la compagnie By Numa pour qu'on puisse y accéder. Expédia aussi a du nous aider. On était complètement décourager ainsi que le commis à la gare qui nous a aidé, de tout ce que nous demandait By Numa pour y recevoir le code d'entrée du logement. Passeports, numéros de tout genre etc. On essayait de les envoyer, leur site ne fonctionnait pas :( . De 15 heures à 17 heures, on a vécu le calvaire pour réussir de recevoir le fameux code d'entrée. Nous avons eus 8 endroits différents au Portugal et lui seul nous a causé des soucis.

The space is nice and the room is spacious. The kitchen has the basic essentials needed. The location is in an alley with no vehicle access, so if you are traveling with several suitcases, getting in can be uncomfortable. There can sometimes be outside noise at night. Also, if you stay for several days, the room is not cleaned very thoroughly.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room had bed bugs and both me and my little girl were bitten badly. Cleaning standards were poor, including the floor not being cleaned properly. We reported the issue and were promised the room and bed would be properly cleaned, but only the bed sheets were changed and nothing else was done. Unacceptable experience. If anyone got kids and sensitive to bugs bite don’t stay in this place. Felt like scam after paying money

Easy check in process, but the street it was on was rough. We got there in the AM and had to climb a few sets of stairs to get to the property and were met with a few homeless and drunk people. There was faeces in the alley way. But later realised there's another route to the hotel with a steep slope. Little bit difficult with a stroller. But worked it out. Property is great and overall clean. No issues. But housekeeping didn't really clean the room. We were there for 4 nights. And the floor was dirty on arrival and then just never got cleaned. Apart from that everything was cleaned. Overall ok stay. Wouldn't book it again. But wasn't bad

Didn’t receive code to enter property after 4 hours, luckily we were able to contact property management company, late Friday afternoon, to obtain it. Hotels.com sent reply that they were closed :(. IDK what we would have done had we not contacted mgmt company directly.

apartment was clean, but check-in was disappointing. our booking was not in the system and when calling them they told us to contact the booking agent/site and didn't want to help at first. in the night the neighbors had a party going beyond 1 am.

Everything was excellent.
