I had a wonderful stay at South Lake Chalet. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent—close to casinos, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. I especially enjoyed the studio room with its convenient kitchenette, which included a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning. The bed was very comfortable with soft, cozy linens. Although there isn't a front desk, the owners communicated promptly and efficiently through text, making the check-in process seamless. The next time I visit Lake Tahoe, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, which made us feel truly welcome. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, easy seamless keypad checkin and checkout process. Room was a little small with no seating inside beyond the bed, but overall still a great stay.

Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean upon arrival. We used the bbq grill on the first day which was fairly kept up, just needed a little cleaning. There are two outside that are shared. Staff is offsite, but very responsive and attended to all of our needs. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. It's close to the Main Street but far enough to not hear all the noise. We took advantage of the private beach tickets and had a good time there. This was a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here with our family. The check-in process was easy - I received a text message with the door code and our adventure was underway. The property was immaculate inside and out. We loved having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place, and the space in unit 5 was ample for a family of four.
