The pictures give you a false impression that the hotel is just by the seaside. It is accessible through narrow back streets on the hillside on a no-through street, so that some taxi drivers refuse to take you there You have to climb down a series of lifts and stairs to reach a neglected back street None of these are mentioned in the Expedia pages and you may feel fouled Inside, you still navigate through narrow corridors and tight lifts The staff’s efforts looked like they were apologetic and compensating all these facts Never again

The hotel is an older mid range hotel, but has amazing views and location. Very well cleaned, excellent breakfast and comfortable beds and rooms. When we arrived late at night the map took us through a very old neighborhood and I was really worried about the condition of the hotel. But surprisingly it was lovely and the only fault is that it’s not modern or in a modern area. I could stay there again and the people running it do an amazing job. Very well priced as well!

Séjour tout simplement merveilleux avec des hôtes plus que serviables. Conduire jusqu’à l’hôtel à été fort difficile, tellement que nous avons simplement stationné la voiture dans une rue et nous sommes partis à pied. Google map voulait nous faire passer dans des rues qui ont des escaliers. Arrivé à l’hôtel, ils ont pris nos clefs et sont allés chercher notre voiture. Si nous serions allés à pied, le chemin aurait été vraiment plus simple. Sur la rue principale à Kusadasi, il y a une affiche énorme qui indique où prendre l’assesseur pour se rendre à l’hôtel. J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour le prix, les bons commentaires et la proximité pour se rendre au ports pour prendre notre croisière. Ce fut un excellent choix. Le personnel est vraiment là pour faciliter notre séjour en Turquie. N’hésitez pas à leur demander n’importe quoi, ils feront leur possible pour vous rendre service. Je crois qu’ils peuvent même vous offrir le transport à l’aéroport.

The staff at Stella were just that - Stella. They went out of their way to help, even guiding me back to return my rental car. We have never had such careing and genuine hosts. It made our stay so memorable.

Convenient for the port access

Terrible. We could never find the address, and the location was extremely difficult to access. The directions were unclear and inaccurate.

Very nice hotel, wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff! We loved our time there.

All good, due to building work near, access was a bit of an issue.
