Advertised EV charging, but was not allowed to use it. All the cars parked in the EV spaces either weren’t EV’s or wasn’t charging. Hotel rooms tired, needs updating.

Perfect location with restaurant and shopping mile in a walking distance

This is a very nice hotel in a great location close to good restaurants and shopping.

Very beautiful hotel in the main shopping area. Very large room and bathroom with coffee machine included. Bathroom included. Delightful stay

Overall, enjoyed our stay at hotel. Room had nice mountain view and was clean with comfortable bed. A bit awkward room configuration & a bit cramped for 3 day stay. Good location for walking with access to shops & restaurants. Onsite restaurant not accessible without reservation over holidays - would’ve been great to know that when booking.

The service was awesome. TV with cast play, towel warmers, amazing view of the city/mountains. They provided a crib for my daughter and bottle water when we needed. They will ensure a taxi whenever you need it.

Excellent hotel. High quality breakfast

This was a great place. We loved the location. The staff was very friendly. The price was great. Everything about this place was great.

Lovely location located in the centre of Andorra la Vella. Great size of bed and room and very clean!
