Clean room, easy to check in, very useful kitchen. I wish there was air conditioning since we’re use to that in USA. We had the window open at night but then if there were cars honking we’d hear them loudly. My family enjoyed the big room and comfortable stay.

No air con in room, direct sun, uncomfortable & noisy

Overpriced for what it is. You get a studio and is great, however fridge wasn't working and the room was very hot with only fan provided. The breakfast could have more options for 200 GBP a night. The view isn't great either, but that's the area I guess.

Our corner room was lovely with 2 windows although one wouldn’t open. It was very hot in Paris and not having airconditioning made the stay uncomfortable. A fan helped. The location was ok and close to Tram and bus that got us to everywhere we needed to go. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Lovely bathroom.

Its a great hotel in a great location. Only con was no Air Conditioning which I did not realize when booking. Had to sleep with the window open and it was a bit noisy. But I would stay again:) Great value, big room and the kitchenette is a major plus!

Clean. Cooking appliances available with a dishwasher.

Welcoming staff. Great stay with room facilities including kettle and fridge. Would stay again. Gym equipment was a bit dated and not working properly.

Clean, spacious, staff were super friendly and it was safe. Only downside was the noise from the football pitches across the road at all hours

very affordable and lovely little room, staff are very friendly.

The staff was outstanding! They were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit! Any questions or requests were answered promptly and professionally! Everyone made us feel welcome during our extended stay.
