Beautiful place and very kind people. 100% recommended 🇨🇷

The property manager was very warm, helpful, and responsible. The breakfast was delicious, and we could choose from different breakfast sets. The location was convenient. The room and towels were very clean, and the room was cleaned every day. The shower was comfortable, and I especially loved the nice scent of the towels! There were no mosquitoes or bugs, and the air conditioning worked very well. The small garden was also beautiful and lovely. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, and the counter/table space in the bathroom was too limited, so it was not very convenient to place our things. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially since we arrived very late due to weather. Room was great and breakfast was good.

I love this place. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect and the view to the arenal volcano was amazing.

This hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included several options along with fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. If you don’t have a car, there are plenty of nearby places to eat, book excursions, and even get affordable massages. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Thank you to the sweet and welcoming staff for such a great stay!

Breakfast amazing, the gallo pinto needs more seasoning and salsa lizano

A great little hotel! We stayed in a superior room, the bathrooms were on the smaller side but very clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Each room had its own mini split and fan so ac wasn’t an issue. There was a nice little morning coffee package provided to make a coffee in the room but every day we received a text asking us what we would like for breakfast the next day. All the breakfasts were made fresh the morning of, as well as a plate of fruit each. Adrian was super accommodating and had our breakfast ready earlier as we booked some early morning tours. The floor where the superior rooms are located had a great hangout/lounge sitting area with a fantastic view of the Arenal volcano. There is also a water and ice refill station in the lobby area which came in handy. Honestly this hotel is something you might drive by and miss but it was a great stay! It’s more in the heart of La Fortuna, within walking distance of soo many restaurants and all tours will pickup at this location! We would definitely stay here again! Shoutout to Adrian for all the welcoming hospitality, he was wonderful!
