Amazing stay!

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

Loved the property. Room was on the small side even for New York.

Loved this little gem. Close to SoHo but very quiet.

I was pretty surprised how quickly this place has gone downhill in just the last 12-18 months given it’s still a relatively new property.

The staff, service, ambiance and quality of food was amazing.

everything was perfect - location, amenities, rooms, food, service.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.
