子供が熱を出すというアクシデントがありましたが、スタッフの方々が本当に親切でした。心から感謝しています。場所も広島駅から近く、どこに行くのにも便利だと思います。部屋もきれいで、キッチンも洗濯機もあり、ご家族連れにとてもいいと思います。

We love the Fav hotel chain. They are just fabulous, particularly for families. A really good size bed each, comfortable beds. I love their very smart use of space by putting in loft beds. Makes for more living space, which is fabulous. Rooms were well laid out, great furniture, LOVED that there was a washer/dryer in our room, so handy. Bathroom was lovely and great having a separate toilet. And we love the included breakfast. You get to choose from a sandwich or granola/yoghurt each morning for breakfast. Very walkable to most places. Only 20 minutes walk to the Peace Park.

Fav Hiroshima Heiwaodori was perfect for our family of 6 for our one-night stay in Hiroshima. We were traveling with our four grown kids in their 20's. They shared a Deluxe Studio, essentially a family-style room with 2 Queen-size beds and 2 single beds — the single beds were bunked over the Queen beds. It was clean, spacious and uncluttered. My husband and I had a Japanese-style Quadruple Room, which came with 2 Queen-size beds and 2 Futon Mats, which were tucked away in the closet since we didn't need them. It also had traditional tatami mats with a little sitting area on the floor. Both of our rooms had a washer/dryer combo, but we weren't staying long enough to do laundry. I did stick my dress in the dryer to get rid of the wrinkles. The bath/shower situation was nice, as is the in Japanese hotels. I think by Japan standards, these hotel rooms were quite spacious, and I have no complaints. If anything, I thought the hotel staff was a little on the cold side. They agreed to let us drop off our luggage at noon when we rolled into the lobby, but they didn't seem happy about it. As far as location goes, it was a 6-minute walk to the streetcar/tram thingy that takes you around the city center, Peace Park, etc. We had dinner at a delicious Okonomiyaki place that we found highly rated on Tablelog. We didn't have the hotel breakfast option, and instead opted for a quick one at 7 Eleven since we were taking the Shinkansen to Fukuoka that morning. It served our needs well.

First class hotel! We were very happy with our stay!

This hotel was fantastic! It was easily our favorite hotel of our 3-week, multiple city trip. It was so spacious in the room, and we loved having plenty of beds for the 3 of us adults. The location was great with a Lawson just down the street, restaurants nearby, and lots of public transportation options. We wished we had more nights here because it was such a great hotel!

The entire 2 night stay we (family of 4 adults), was great. The front desk staff were friendly and very efficient, and our room was perfect, clean, large and looked brand new! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close proximity to restaurants and sights.

Convenient location, room could use a refresh. Some of the items in the room were worn and our kitchen sink leaked water on the countertop when you turned it on. Shower and tub area had a bad smell and the beds were very firm. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was nice to have.

The hotel was in a great location. It was spacious, had a washing machine, and met all of our traveling needs.
