Everyone was so friendly and helpful and nice. The rooms were roomy clean and roomy. The location was excellent. The breakfast had nice choices would stay there again.

Good breakfast

Breakfast offers a lot of dishes. The cereal and fruit offering are pretty good. The Ruhrei (scrambled eggs) taste like a salt mine. It is very nice to be able to get. a cup of tea whenever you want it. The staff is generally quite kind. The breakfast help is, well, very helpful.

Great Hotel, with helpful staff and location close to City Center. 30 minutes walk to Signal Iduna Park. Large shower room in family room 👍

Nice hotel. Convenient location

Nice room, nice bed. One towel, sink leaked, no Kleenex, no eggs for breakfast, no parking -- garage was full? Reported all of this to staff who could only offer "sorry". Not up to Marriott standards.

Great hotel with the perfect breakfast and best coffees ever and it is perfectly close to everything, shopping , dining , soccer stadium and soccer museum .. I definitely will go back there again

Good location

The room & breakfast were excellent, and staff friendly. However, staff knocked on our door around 8.30 to clean our room, even though we had a checkout time of 11am. Why didn’t the staff know this? Also, our room 426 was opposite a ‘colleagues only’ room with a loud door that continuously opened & closed. It sounded like our own door was being opened & slammed. We would have appreciated less disturbance after paying a lot of money for one night. It was expensive, and had high expectations. On advice of staff, we woke early to ensure we could fit into the small breakfast eating area.
