The problem of this venue is that their raison d´etre and focus is nor satisfaction of guests but of the staff. Some staff members live there (which ofc out of principle why not) but as this is their home they have a tendence to raise their own interests over interests of guests (noisy behaviour in commone spaces). The same is for management who support the staff in this kind of behavior and also are noisy. One
receptionist is factically offending guests and (and least that is what he says) has managements's support in this. Overall: with couple of aforementioned excpetions the staff's behaviour is very rude and offensive including the managament's one. I have travelled a lot, stayed at vast amount of both hotels and hostels (am a regular, long-term client of this booking company) but never have met baviour like this. Stay away from this venue!!!

Staff are mainly foreigners but except of the 1 young US and 1 young Belarussian lady (and Aneta) they are very hostile towards local population. Receptionist MIchal is factically offending guests and (and least that is what he says) has managements's support in this. Overall: with couple of aforementioned excpetions the staff's behaviour is very rude and offensive including the managament's one. I have travelled a lot, stayed at vast amount of both hotels and hostels (am a regular, long-term client of this booking company) but never have met baviour like this. Stay away from this venue!!!

I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. During my recent stay, it gave me sufficient time to really appreciate the quality of product that was being offered in spite of its status in low budget category.
I enjoyed the professionalism of the personnel, the courtesy of the staff at large, and the overall warmth of their welcome.
On the downside, the exterior of the building is so plain, so invisible that one could easily pass it by without even noticing its existence. On my check-in day, I went by it twice without seeing it.
But altogether I would highly recommend this place to stay without any hesitation, and would even be prepared to book again in the event of another visit to Prague.

We only checked in at 15.00 hours and departed at 1.00 next morning, just a quick sleep over has we was travelling to Budapest early morning, but the staff at the reception was excellent, showed us to our rooms, the rooms was very clean, I would definitely recommend it, very close to City Centre and rail Station.
