Excellent hotel all round

Our stay in Vienna was enhanced by our stay at this property. The staff was very helpful and the amenities are exceptional.

Great location, large room and bathroom. However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel.

Great location

Perfect location for seeing Budapest - key sights, shopping and restaurants are just outside the door - but the hotel is quiet and serene. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and planning/booking tickets for events. A great hotel for the price

The most incredible hotel!!!! Rooms are massive and truly stunning! One of my new favorite hotels. I can't recommend it enough. Clean, so well Designed. Food is amazing too and the staff! Also we loved the location right on the park and it's so quiet!

I had a great time staying at Verno House, the location was great, the staff were super nice, and the room was clean.

Outstanding - couldn’t imagine a better hotel to stay in in Budapest. Perfect location, elegant and spacious rooms, staff all so friendly and helpful. We were even able to borrow the hotel’s bikes to get around.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. However I felt options in Breakfast were limited in compare to the room tariff and being 5 star hotel. Rest was good

Amazing stay at Verno House. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast and perfect location. A fabulous spa area too! Highly recommend Verno House to really make your stay in Budapest.
