Property was in need of refurbishment, very dated. Rooms were clean with fresh towels everyday, beds were very comfy.
We arrived after the normal check in times but were able to arrange this prior to our arrival and had no problems. Air
Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice and only one toaster to serve everybody. Bread had been out for a while and had gone hard and the chopped pieces of apples were brown from sitting around.
Perfect location and can’t fault the staff, I would come back again!

The hotel was well located on the main roadway. The room was very clean and large in size.The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even charged my phone for me as I had forgotten my adapter.

Relative to price this hotel is one of the my fav holiday hotels I’ve stayed in. Bright room, excellent location, clean facilities and staff absolutely amazing. Well done to all we came across, wish you every success in the future.

I would give this hotel 3.5 stars. It’s more than I expected. The room is so nice with beautiful street view and the area is very accessible to take the vaporetto. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed in a family room, large double bed, 2 single beds. All fine. Basic but very functional. Location perfect, we loved staying in Lido and this is a short walk from the dock yet set among lovely bars and restaurants. The breakfast was limited but had all we really needed. Overall we would be happy to use this hotel again.
