An incredible property with abysmal food and sub par service.
Kona Village is magical - the grounds, the hales (rooms), the spa, the yoga, the bikes to ride around the property and the stunning beach.
But such a magical 5 star resort should also offer excellent cuisine and hospitality. We were shocked by the inconsistent food, the lack of variety and the room service which was never correct and delivered uncovered.
We were so excited to return to our beloved Kona Village after 16 years but were left very disappointed. Unless something dramatic changes with the management we shall not return.
