The room conditions are not meeting with standards for cleanliness. The floors are disgusting - my socks (or feet) had to be washed each time they touched the hard surfaces of the floors. They have not been mopped in a very long time. The shower was spraying all over the place as well. The door don’t really shut all the way so everything is heard outside. The cleaning staff banged on my door and immediately tried entering even though I was staying 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and the parking was nice. The price is great but not great enough for the disgusting floors.

Great place to visit. Room was clean and close to all the activities that they offer. A lot of homeless people around the hotel. They didn’t bother anyone, it was just sad to see.

Nice clean rooms , good air conditioning, close to downtown attractions

Pro's: Great location, especially for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water for the showers. Decent breakfast (pancakes, cereal, muffins/bagels, fruit juice). Easy and cheap parking $8/N with in/out privileges. Con's: you're not in a hotel you're in a motel (doors open to the outside of course) so the city noise is very prevalent all night long. Bring earplugs and it will help. Some homeless around but never on property grounds, but cities have that and I never felt unsafe. Again, great location.

Good and clean room and safe.

Staff didn't speak good English; and I came down at 10:05 a.m. and asked for a glass of cranberry juice (realizing the breakfast stopped at 10:00 a.m.) and the young lady said no they don't have any, even though the gentleman at the front desk said they did. Rooms were not cleaned well, but I didn't make a fuss, because I was only there overnight. Will definitely look for another place to stay when I return to Louisville.
