Great place to stay! Would book again without a doubt!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms small but quirky and the view was amazing! All the staff were fantastic.

ROOM LIGHTING CONTROLS: The wall mounted light switch for the vanity opened the window shades. I'm pretty sure this was a malfunction, as this hadn't happened during pasts stays here. WHY THIS MATTERS: When exiting the shower to use the lighted vanity mirror, flipping the switch opened the shades causing me to make a dash back to the protection of the shower. That switch same switch did not close the shades...something only done with tablet control.

A clean and quirky hotel in the heart of Chicago. You’re paying for efficiency and location. I enjoyed the decor and the tech. A little iPad to navigate the climate, tv and lights was a fun surprise. The room reminded me of an Apple Store and an ikea but if it married a youth hostel in terms of square footage. Rooms are unexpectedly small and quite narrow. My friend's loved their room, but I am a bit anxious in small places and I didn’t expect it, especially for the price which was high based on demand. Nice staff, great breakfast but if you like your space, it might not be the best place for you.

Place is mad nice!

The room was small but perfect for 1. I missed having any cup for water as well as a mini coffee maker. Unfortunately I could hear traffic but it’s downtown Chicago so that’s to be expected. I travel with ear plugs just in case anyway. Easy check in and easy check out.

This was our first stay at CitizenM Chicago. It is a clean and modern hotel with modest rooms, great for a quick getaway. It was well situated downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but the breakfast options

Drinks were super expensive at the bar but everything else was good. Except for the TV in the deluxe room could be better positioned. Ended up with a sore neck trying to watch something.
