Clean and very nice location

This is a compact but well organized apartment that was perfect for my family of 4! Communication was excellent, the place was very clean, the air conditioning was quite welcomed and we were all very comfortable while exploring Venice for a few days. Oh, and the view was fantastic!

Great location! Cute modern apartment with air conditioning in every room! We loved it so much. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel , view and communication with the managers

Location is fantastic! The apartment was clean and presentable and there was plenty of towels provided. However, the noise from outside on a morning woke us every day from 5.30am. The local business delivery’s and the bin collections are very loud. The bathroom is very very small as is the kitchen. The apartment could do with another mirror as one mirror for a family of four wasn’t ideal. Fixtures and fittings are worn and the WiFi is slow. The kettle also seemed to overheat so be very careful with that.

The location and view are as described, very good, but there’s a big construction at the front door, garbage transport here there, and noisy. The checkin process is not smooth and we received emails from three different sites which is confusing. And although we applied one month ago, the access code comes 10min. before agreed latest time. So that we have to adjust our schedule. Moreover as an apartment, there’re many kitchenwares there, but no salt, no oil, no washing machine detergent. We have to buy at night when we found that. Kettle is not allowed to use… I have to say, nothing wrong, but this place is not friendly enough. Overall is so so.

We loved the property. Location was perfect. Amenities were nice. We felt very safe. Everything was steps away.

Property is a lovely location BUT it’s on top of a full construction site and where all the trash cargo and deliveries are taken from, so you are woken at 5am -6am every morning. Awful

Excellent location close to everything. Didn’t like the sign in the room threatening to charge 500 euros if the thermostat was touched. SMALL bathroom.
