The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The location of the property is very good for visitors since almost everything you could want is within walking distance. However, upon our arrival the room did not have bath towels. I asked twice for towels and we had to wait until the second day!! Traveling as older adults we didn't have a stand to put our luggage on so we had to place the luggage on the floor. There also wasn't a place to hang your clothes nor was there a dresser. Staff friendly and nice and great location.

Way too loud until 3am and bed wasn't comfy at all..

This is an overall nice hotel in a convenient location. Basic rooms, you have to give a deposit for blankets. Only 1 block from the beach and directly across from Coco Bongo. People are loud ALL NIGHT out on the street. I just put on white noise to sleep. Staff was very nice and they had private security at night

no staff at the property and widow was not locked. I feel dangerous. do not stay this property. this building need to be reorganization.

No hot water in the shower and you need to flush the toilet bowl multiple times. But the staff are friendly

Terrible smell in room. Very noisy. Much of the room is either falling apart or in need of an update. Very disappointing

It was not like the pictures. The bathroom made noise all night long. It was not a good experience.

Arriving at the check-in of this hotel I could feel a strong stench of sewage from the lobby inside. Much worse, there is no elevator, and therefore the lobby is very dirty. Thinking times before booking will make your vacation a nightmare.
