馬德里音樂宮酒店 (UMusic Hotel Madrid)

Location is the biggest highlight. Only 200m from the very center Sol but not right next to the plaza. It’s convenient to go places but not noisy at all. One thing to note is: due to traffic rules, taxi or uber can’t go in front of the hotel. But if the hotel calls the car, they can get in. The hotel is a music hall and so is the theme. They even have a vinyl library for you to borrow records and turntable to play in your room. And it opens late. Inside the room it’s simple. No fancy decor, just the basics. But staffs are very helpful. There’s a safe in the room too. We’ve been told not to bring passports with us but keep a copy or photo on phone. They are right. Even the store tax free application accepts photo. We also like the rooftop swimming pool. It’s not big but the deepest is 1.65m. You can’t do laps but a nice dip in the water during summer time feels really good. Too bad the pool only opens till 8pm. We didn’t include breakfast during our stay. There are so many choices in the neighborhood. Oh, did I mention there is a restaurant with a piano bar? We didn’t have a chance to try it so not sure about the food. But it’s definitely not crowded if you’re lazy to go out. The env looks cozy. Overall, we love this hotel and don’t mind to come back again.

One of the best property in Madrid best hotel and amenities location and great friendly staff

This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.

Todo estuvo muy bien especialmente el dedayuno

When I go back I would not look for another hotel. I’d just try and book here. Great value.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, The music theme of the hotel was amazing.

nice location and professional yet friendly staff

Both of our rooms were comfortable despite the extreme heat during our visit, as the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The hotel was in a great location for our tours.

We enjoyed our stay! We didn’t have any views but the rooms were comfortable. It was very hot when we visited but the air conditioning worked perfectly in both of our rooms. Excellent breakfast selection!

Incredible hotel in the heart of Madrid. Staff were very helpful and friendly (even helped with calling us a cab bc of our early morning flight). The room was clean and modern with comfortable bed. There hotel even had a flamenco show at the theater during our stay (we weren’t able to attend during our travel schedule, but would love to for future visits).
