Stayed 5 nights, very friendly helpful staffs, excellent central location short walking distance to many Georgetown attractions and wonderful food.

central location, excellent service, average food taste, gym equipment not well maintained.

Good

location is very convenient. Hotel is well placed and very comfortable

The hotel is generally good. Near the Chowprasta Market and Lebuh Keng Kwee street food. Within walking distance to Armenian St and Cannon St. Many food options nearby. The only downside was the room cleaning was only completed around 2 to 3pm. There were 2 days which I came back after lunch and the rooms were not made up yet.

Amazing pool! Great location

The location is central & the room is great.

Location of the property is central, staff is friendly, quiet ambiance in the lobby area

There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. The staff promised this would not happen on the 2nd night, but unfortunately the issue occurred again on 2nd night. Most terrible experience we ever had in Malaysia! Highly advised travellers to think twice and be prepared to face cold showers if you stay here.

Air con spoilt. Room was not changed until I approach the reception
