Awful property in every way!!!!!!!! Dozens of brown and red stains on the carpet. Ripped and broken blinds that dont close and let in street lights all night. Sketchy neighborhood. No AC. Terrible staff. Smelly bad tasting breakfast. Prague Tram runs every few minutes all day and night and shakes the hotel rumbles and is so loud that you can't sleep. Should not have the rating it had. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free!!

There are many shops nearby. There is a mall with high end shops and many options to eat out.

Otel konumu itibarıyla güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Resepsiyon personeli Bahri bey özellikle çok ilgili. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Yataklar ve yastıklar biraz rahatsız. Onun dışında bütçe dostu ve kalınabilecek iyi bir otel

A really nice boutique stylish hotel from the last century. We had trouble with our booking details upon arrival, however these were speedily resolved by their front desk clerk Niki. All staff speaks English and is very friendly. Don’t forget to book breaksfast, as their breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices including local dishes and gets you ready for the day.

Det luktade avlopp från badrummet vilket gjorde att det knappt gick att sova i rummet. Personalen sade att de skulle åtgärda det men det gjorde de inte och vi blev inte heller erbjudna att byta rum. Helt oacceptabelt för ett hotell av denna standarden.

Location was great that all i can say. Hotel cancelled 24hrs before then agreed to give us the rooms paid for. Then 1 of the 2 rooms was for 3 people only had a double bed and a couch with no sheets or pillows etc. Tram runni g outside window all night. Lift slow dirty stairs looks like 1885 and altogether not good. If your blind and deaf this works great otherwise sray away.

The place is old but it's a decent one to stay .. Hot water was not available on the first day but they got it repaired the next day. The hotel staff and service was good. The bed and bathroom was clean. One of bathroom door was broken. But overall it was good and decent stay for a weekend. Location wise also convenient for travelling anywhere as the tram stop is nearby.

Nothing wow, cleanliness isn't the high point of this hotel
