We were 4 collegagues at a conference in walking distance from the Hotel. I can deeply recommend a stay at One 11. The Area is quiet. It is near the Central part of NOLA. All in all a super nice stay.

Our room was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and our pillows were perfect. Very quiet and loved how safe and secure we felt. We even got snacks and hung out on the rooftop lounge area and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and it’s in the middle of everything. Guest pass to the gym in the mall was nice. Later me and the wife went to the Cinema across the street in the mall so that was really cool and then we walked to dinner which was not far away. Would stay there again.

The stay was ok. Amenities were only available one day due to a private party. There is no parking on the property. Expect to pay about $60 a night for parking behind the hotel. The aesthetics of the hotel are nice however, I expected more from the room, such as a fridge and a microwave. Continental breakfast was included. The room was clean. Overall a 6/10.

No gym on site. Gym across the street at Canal place has very restricted hours to be useful. Location is close to waterfront and easy to go for a run from the hotel. It is also so close to bourbon street and Frenchman for daytime walks.
Breakfast was average and monotonous. Same boring stuff everyday. No real on site restaurant for dinner. Only a small bar and small plate meals available.
Pool is small and depressing.
Staff is helpful.
Hotel did not own any parking. Outside lot is $67/day. A bit overpriced I thought.

I love this hotel so much. It was my second time staying here and every time I’m so overly excited to see the rooms, talk to the employees, and enjoy the walking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying here. Already planning my next trip back here and praying they have rooms
