青金石飯店 (The Lapis Hotel)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

I stayed at The Lapis twice, in 2016 and 2026. In the 10 years between my two stays, it has aged, but it happens to the best of us. It is not as well maintained as it could be (paint peeling off, etc.). Standard rooms face a wall and suffer a little from lack of air circulation. But it is still a lovely hotel, in a good location, and staffed by friendly and helpful employees.

No complaints

Beautiful architecture and rooms. The building is older and needs attention. The smell is unbearable. Smells like sewage

Everything was great except for the signal on the TV kept freezing

Clean, well located, attentive staff, great breakfast buffet, well priced.

Excellent

We only stayed over night. Everything seemed perfect

We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!

non

Staff was slow to react to noisy guests and made me change my room the last day because I booked on my own. They switched me to a slightly smaller but almost identical room so it seemed like they could have kept me in either room the entire time rather than switching me.
