The staff were helpful, and I sincerely thank them for that. Issue is noise from the nightclub. I moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor and was still woken up around 1pm and could not get to sleep each evening. You really need to avoid this hotel.

There is a night club and most of nights i wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise. The party everywhere ends at 3 am but at this hotel stays until 4 am. I don’t know people with kids what they do!! And because of the night club there are so many people staying at the front door and waiting for girls to go out and it was very annoying for girls.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Insurance Market and Mall of the Emirates metro stations. There is a club inside the hotel, so it can be lively at night, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with a room change

hotel is in a great location . close to food market . takeaway food shops and mall of emirates . hotel itself is a little tired looking . no frills . room is basic and a bit rough around the edges . staff were friendly and helpful . it was a good price but wouldnt be my first choice to stay there again

Kind staff, prime location, clean rooms, decent furniture, but nothing luxury by all means, this is a business trip hotel only.

The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

The room was not clean enough.

Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.
