The aparthotel enjoys a wonderful location just off the beachfront and only about 5 minutes' walk from the centre of the resort Sunny Beach (hotel Kuban). Neighbouring the Glarus and Victoria hotels, this complex is simply in the right place! Access to public transport is right at the aparthotel's doorstep, and the nearest airports include Burgas Airport (around 35 km) and Varna Airport (roughly 120 km). Built in 2006 and renovated in 2009, this new apartment hotel incorporates a range of luxury hotel-level facilities, including an integrated shopping centre with a wide selection of retail units, a pavement café/bar and a large and fashionable restaurant. Offering a total of 121 rooms, the aparthotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and hotel safe. Internet access, a laundry service (fees apply) and a car park are also provided. Guests can choose between different types of spacious apartment-studios (suitable for 2 people), one-bedroom apartments (suitable for a maximum of 4 people) and two-bedroom apartments (for a maximum of 6 people).
