Rooms are clean. Air conditioning was not cooling properly

Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating staff.

Arrived 3:30p and room was not ready. Restaurants were closed and Spa had no availability.

Everything about my stay was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are enormous and one can literally lose oneself walking in nature around the golf course. There are five great restaurants on property. And the location, midway between Centra and Cascais is perfect.

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient.

Absolutely amazing experience, from the views to the staff to the property! We had a splendid time and cannot wait to return! The food service is 5 stars - thank you so much for the hospitality

The property is one of the original monasteries of Portugal. All aspects of the facilities were excellent clean, neat, and easy access to all amenities. The room was beautiful with great view of the hills and surrounding geography. In general the staff was very good to excellent always helpful.

all good

Luxury hotel with good service. Beautiful swimming pools. A small church inside the hotel area. So special and pretty.

Definitely a retreat resort away from the city. Located closed to Sintra downtown (10-15min driving), sits on golf course that is fun to walk around. Two pool family and adult (both cold not heated). Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great but can get busy as it’s popular. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful and most speak good English. Highly recommend.
