Newly renovated, laundry on site was helpful, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in, friendly staff, room was beautiful. Very clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Langley. 10/10.

The room was newly renovated and the bathroom was very very nice, the breakfast is good but not too much selection or gluten free options

I gave some low scores to the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. But this reflected my visual observations and I think it’s primarily only because they are undertaking a progressive renovation of the whole complex (may 2026). Don’t be discouraged if you’re coming much later

Newly renovated room, very nice

The hotel is undergoing renovations to each room. The renovated rooms are amazing. Fully updated and looks really good. Would I stay there again. Yes. In a heartbeat.

The carpet and chair were filthy even though I was in a renovated room. I got a severe sinus infection from the air in that place, the air conditioning I suspect. Breakfast is packaged food and fruit with very weak coffee and no decaf.

Air conditioning

The breakfast was VERY basic. Only cold cereals, juice, granola bars and prepackaged muffins with coffee or tea......they could do a lot better than this. The room we got had been renovated, but the new furniture not yet installed. The bathroom was great. Nice walk in shower, new towels and hooks to hang them on. Lots of storage under the sink. Nice job!
