This hotel was very well kept and the staff by far were most attentive and incredible staff I have ever encountered! Great asset to this hotel! They always went above and beyond to help in any way they could!

Service from staff was generally pretty good. Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve.
Managers are good when a request is raised with them.
The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture.
Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good.
Thanks to Mr. Prashanta for making my stay at Ramada enjoyable.

不錯 The first room i was had such a terrible smell, i had to request to change it. The bedsheets are old, often stained and made me question whether they were even properly washed. Breakfast was good.
